Description

Meet your friends from Sequoia TR and new friends from the Tacoma Bird Alliance at Chamber's Bay Field.  Naturalists will point out and teach us about the birds we see or hear. We will look for swallows in the field, an osprey nest, and keep our eyes open for eagles and red tailed hawks.

This experience is perfect for all abilities. There is a paved trail and the beach overlook is ADA accessible. It sprinkles, drizzles, and rains in the PNW and on occasion it's hot and sunny - wear proper clothing for the weather.

Chambers Bay Meadow Meeting Spot: Enter the park at the main entrance on 62nd St Ct W and Grandview Drive W. Park at the bottom of the hill. Meet in the plaza between the accessible parking and the restrooms.
