Birdability April 25 (Wapato)

Meet your friends from Sequoia TR and Tacoma Bird Alliance at Wapato Park on the Sheridan side for this Birdability® adventure to learn about birds and their habitats. This flat paved loop around Wapato Lake is perfect for all abilities. Naturalists Birdability® Captains will point out and teach us about the birds we see or hear. Due to all the cat tails, we anticipate seeing and hearing Red Winged Black Birds. There is also a good chance of seeing ducklings. It sprinkles, drizzles, and rains in the PNW - wear proper clothing for the weather.  

Schedule Shuttle drop off for the boathouse.

Meeting Location: Meet on the Sheridan Street side of the park. It's easier for shuttles to pull in that loop for pick up/ drop off than it is coming from 72nd street. We will meet near the boat house.
