Water Works (April 20)

Join us for fun fitness in the water at Roger's Aquatic Center in Puyallup. Choose from swimming laps or water aerobics. We will be using kick boards, enjoying music and having fun. Family members are also invited to sign up and join in on the fun. Sequoia TR will be leading the fitness class not teaching swimming lessons. We ask that registrants be comfortable in the water, and be willing and ready to have fun! Feel free to bring goggles, nose plugs, or swim caps if you want. Folks need to pull their hair up and wear regular swimming trunks/suits (no cut off jeans or shorts in the pool). Thanks to a generous grant we are able to offer this activity at the fraction of the cost! Take advantage and get moving.
